HeaderLite adopts Headerboard fiber cement board as double-sided board and fills with light-duty core primary composite materials in the middle and is known as non-bearing board. It enjoys such strengths as solid core, light weight, thin profile, high strength, impact resistance, strong hoisting capacity, heat insulation, sound insulation, fire and water resistance, convenient cutting and light self-weight. It is mainly applied in the separating wall, inner partition wall and fire-fighting partition wall; it is able to effectively reduce wall area, upgrade residential rate, alleviate structural load, upgrade the building earthquake resistance and safety property, trim integrated cost and so on; it is known as the best substitute of traditional solid clay brick.

1. Light weight and high strength
Light weight and high strength: Ribong Panel( HeaderLite) enjoys a volume weight of 750-800kg/m3; 75mm wall board is 60 kg/m2 in weight which takes up 1/6 of masonry wall and 1/2 aerated concrete; it takes up 1/7 of 120mm masonry + double-sided plastering wall.
2. Strong bearing capacity
Ribong Panel( HeaderLite) is directly screwed by nail or expansion bolt to hoist up heavy objects such as air conditioner and hoisting cabinet. The single point enjoys a hoisting capacity over 45kg.
3. Heat conservation and insulation
Heat conservation and insulation: The materials and inner honeycomb structure of Ribong ( HeaderLite) wall assure an excellent heat conservation and insulation property.
4. Fire resistance
Fire resistance: The refractory time limit of Ribong Panel( HeaderLite) can last over 4h; what is more, it does not produce any poisonous or hazardous gas and reaches national Level A non-combustion standard.
5. High economy
Increased usage area and high economy: 75mm Ribong(HeaderLite) energy-saving wall board is able to replace the traditional 120mm brick wall which is 85mm less than the plastered thickness; 1m2 usage area is increased for every 11.8m extended length; the usage rate is increased by 4-6%; 4.26m2 usage area is increased for every 100m2 residence. Therefore, Yijia board is able to create more values for the client and enjoy a high economy.
6. Swift construction
Swift and convenient construction: The product enjoys grooving, dry operation at disposal, with no need for swing; it enjoys a convenient construction and thus gives a push to the reform from humid method to dry method and realizes the production industrialization of residence components, modernization of technical equipment, intension orientation of mass production, legal orientation of application and promotion and integration of construction equipment.
7. Water and humidity resistance
Water and humidity resistance: Ribong(HeaderLite) surface board refers to fiber cement board with an excellent water-proof and humidity-proof property; the wall does not absorb moisture which leads to loosening, active magnesia, deformation or dampened strength. It is applicable to humid areas such as kitchen, toilet and basement.
8. Sound insulation
Sound insulation: Ribong (HeaderLite) surface board refers to fiber cement board with a tight structure and excellent sound insulation property. The concave and convex grooves are designed and connected according to the sound insulation effect requirements; stuffing structure enjoys a sound insulation effect. Upon test, 90mm wall board enjoys a sound insulation volume of 40 Db which is superior to that of masonry wall. The sound insulation effect is in accordance with the national sound insulation requirements of residence.
9. Environmental friendliness and energy saving
Environmental friendliness and energy saving: Ribong(HeaderLite)’s raw materials do not contain asbestos or formaldehyde; it is known as non-radioactive Type A product and in accordance with the national standard JG/T169-2005. The scope of application is not limited by any standard; it is known as an environment-friendly building material as accredited by the state environmental protection administration.
